Alex showed up at the appointed hour and went over every detail of the job. Our new utility sink is beautifully installed, and he provided us an honest quote up front. I'd like send a shout out to the folks at Lapin Services. I've been using them for a few years now due to some serious issues with my septic system. I have to say all the representatives that answer the phone, come out to the house to drain the septic tanks as well as the one of the supervisors I dealt with frequently (Juan) are incredibly helpful and courteous even on weekends. Additionally, Lapin sent Chris Albury to help diagnose the problem and determine if it was the drain field. He came out and did not leave until he figured out what the issue was. He left after 7:30 PM and explained exactly what needed to be done and prior to leaving my property he set up a follow up appt for the next day. Best word to describe him: fantastic! If you think you have a drain field issue this is the person you want at your home to figure it out! Thanks to all staff at Lapin for sticking with me until I agreed that I needed a drain field specialist. A special thanks to Chris Albury! I highly recommend both Lapin Service and Mr. Albury.

Our cellar backed up, and the technician arrived the same day to diagnose the problem and provide an estimate before beginning work. He was extremely knowledgeable and told us precisely what would transpire. I appreciated that he wore a protective covering on his shoes and equipment to avoid leaving traces on my floors. The issue has been resolved, and we are pleased. Amazing response!

I like these guys a lot! Very friendly and honest about their work. They will walk you through the work they suggest and why. They are also professional. We got quotes from a few yahoos who never called back or were unprofessional in general. Jeff's guys however were great! For our job they did everything to code and did it well and fast (1 day). I will definitely use them again in the future.

Came out immediately for a leak issue. Advised that I regrout the shower. Took $145 for this with a smile. I felt ripped off. I normally do not give bad reviews but there was no follow up at all. I went thru a friend and got another plumber who discovered it was an issue with the shower pan with a very easy test. Beware.

Danny came on time, well informed and did an excellent job. I highly recommend it.
