I needed a Re-pipe done and the job takes him less than a day to complete. What I loved most is that he left the work area clean and their prices are affordable

Bryan from the company was incredibly professional and arrived on time, which I greatly appreciated. He took the time to listen to what I wanted done, and even suggested an alternative that I ended up liking even better.

A week later, the project began, and Bryan informed me that Tony would be handling the job. Tony was punctual and very pleasant to work with. He wasted no time getting started, and completed the job in just two days. I called Jeff's Kitchen and Bath and they actually came over within the hour and fixed my faucet for a good price. Gene was professional and informative. Great Service!

Normally don't write reviews but this company left a real bad feeling with me. I called for an after hours drain clog. I expected to pay a premium for the 7pm service call. Tech showed up and told me it would be $450 to unclog the drain line. An hour later he stated he couldn't clear the clog with the equipment he had, he needed to go get another piece of equipment and it would be $900. I refused the up charge so he continued to try to clear the clog for an additional hour. Initially he told me his limit on the drain line was 120ft, which is why he needed the other piece of equipment. 30 minutes later he tells me he ran a line 150ft and couldn't clear the clog. I was then charged $140 and told, I cant fix it. The next morning I called a different plumber that cleared the clog in 30 minutes with less than 75 feet of line and charged me $200. Feel like Reliance scammed me!

Just had water heater installed. Scott was on-time and got the job done in the time he said it would. I planned on using my credit card to pay, but when it came to settle up, I was informed of a 2% fee for using credit. Had I known that ahead of time, I would have gone with a different company.

Absolutely the best! I have used them a couple of times now, once for a leak under my foundation and another time for a complete garbage disposal replacement, each time they were professional, punctual, and provided great work. From customer service to the great workmanship they do its so nice to be able to know that you can call them and you dont have to stress. Honest and reliable at a competitive price.

Modern Plumbing has a wonderful staff. I couldn’t be happier! Kim called me right away to schedule the job and get the ball rolling. Then, Tanya followed up with me a couple of times the next morning to get a technician out to our home as soon as possible. And finally, Victor Rodriguez, the technician, came on time as scheduled and took care of everything for us. Victor was great! We assessed the situation together, and he understood right away what was needed. He was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating, and a very pleasant young man. I just wanted to share what great service I got from Ferran yesterday. I had placed an order for a new cooling system and it hasn’t come in yet. The gentleman who helped me place the order said, if anything happened to my old unit before the new unit came in call them and let them know and they would take care of it for me. ( with a couple of limitations) He couldn’t have spoken more truth! Our old air conditioner did go out on the Fourth of July and Ferran was right there to get it running again. It required a new motor and fan blades and they fixed it for me at no charge. The service guys that came out to work on it were extremely nice and extremely helpful. I’m glad I’ve chosen Ferran to install my new unit as well as reduct and insulate my attic. I highly recommend this company.

Toby is amazing! We bought a house and wanted to feel confident that the plumbing was in good shape. Toby got us there, with his professionalism, experience, practical advice and recommendations. We bought some fixtures he installed and he replaced all of the valves (stops) under the sinks because they were old and some were stuck. We wanted to prevent plumbing problems later on so that was good advice as a preventative measure. He also installed a new water heater and new toilet with good recommendations that we are please with. And let's not leave out how courteous and friendly he is as well! And clean, MWPP's motto! Had a house fire, the entire house had to be gutted and redone. MJS Construction took on the job and did a great job. They even helped me with finding a private adjuster to help me with the insurance claim process. My home was redone better than it ever had been. Highly recommend MJS Construction.

What a wonderful find! I am a 71 year old grandmother and have lived in my home for over 45 years. I have never written a review for a service before now, but have used reviews and word-of-mouth to guide me when making decisions.

Obviously I have dealt with plumbers in the past; none has been more professional, capable, and caring. The front office keeps you informed about service times and Brad, my technician, actually came back to explain the noise created by a cleaning system that I had installed.

I have used this company twice in the last year and will hire them with complete confidence in the future. I would reccomend them to anyone.

Only company that could come out same day right before hurricane. They were able to temporarily fix problem but unfortunately my pipes need to be replaced. Highly recommend Brad and his crew
