Best Commercial Plumbing Needs in Orlando FL

We have used their services twice in the last few months, both times they were quick to respond, efficient, friendly and provided great service, highly recommend.

The worst company ever. First off when you call you have a $85.00 fee if you don’t use their service, which I was fine with it. I then proceed to ask the lady on the phone for a clogged shower how much a ballpark number would’ve been and she mentioned a ballpark of $250.00. Once they got to the house for a clogged shower they had the nerve to charge me $445.00, and the technician had the audacity to tell me that he had discounted the $85.00. You’re better off working with a company that is authentic with the customer. An advise, don’t even waste your time calling this company.

I am incredibly thankful to have found Albert with Stronghold plumbing. My entire experience was very pleasant! He is quick to respond, Honest, reliable, efficient, courteous and friendly. I would definitely recommend Albert to anyone needing plumbing services. I've found my new go-to plumber! And look forward to providing continued business in the future.

Best place to work in Orlando!

After being quoted $771 and charged an 89 visit fee to fix a small leak in my attic. I contacted Best Plumbing for a quote and the gave me a quote over the phone and set up an appt. The tech came in promptly on time took 30 min to fix my issue and charged me the same price I was quoted over the phone. I was sooo Happy to find a company that was not trying to over charge me and take advantage of my situation. Thank you for your great service and being an honest company. Definitely will be my to go in the event I ever need any further work.

Levi came out and unclogged my drain today. He was professional, honest, and did a great job. I've dealt with other plumbers in the past and would say they are the best I've worked with so far. Would highly recommend Shamrock!

SO FAR - customer service was great. I called and asked for pricing info to service my tankless heater...the very kind lady who answered the phone did not know but took my info and will get some info by the end of the day. They likely won't be able to schedule my non-emergency visit for a couple weeks, so I'll update the review after that happens...

It was Sunday and they responded and were at my house within an hour of our first call. I am impressed with Kevin the plumber that came out and the work that he did. Kevin fixed our outside pipe and water shut off valve to be much better than before! Kevin stayed in touch with us regarding his ETA during his drive to my house. I would definitely recommend Grace Plumbing!

The service guy was excellent. He took the time to explain everything that was wrong, so I could clearly understand and make informed decisions.

I needed a second opinion, they went above and beyond to help us. A technician came out after his normal hours to find out leak, they were patient and understanding of our situation. We were informed of every step and had everything fully explained throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer the phone and always had somebody that could come out if we needed something at a certain moment , they went far beyond what previous plumbers have done and their range and we are forever grateful for their hard work.

Dependable, do what they say, but pricey and you get what you pay for. If I have a problem, I will call them.

Was hoping to find a plumbing service that we could use in the future. While we Appreciate the prompt service we were disappointed in the price gouging. Cost was double what we had anticipated and there was no discussion in what that cost would be prior to work being done. Will not recommend or use again.
