My Wife call Jet Rooter Plumbers and they where the only one that gave us an estimated price over the phone the other Plumbing companies we called where putting pressure to get to our place to give us the estimate. I like to know how much it may cost before some one get to my place. They send to my house Mr. Dave and he was very Professional and did the repair of my Sewer Drain in no time. I'm very impress and satisfy with their service and the fair prices. You guys are my plumber from now on and i will always recommend your company to my friends. Thank you!

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! They will talk very nicely on the phone to you and sound extremely polite. Then, on the day of your scheduled call, they don't show. You call them again and find out you were never talking to the company but a dispatch center. When you tell them the driver never showed the dispatch says Great sarcastically. The dispatch tells you they'll call you right back after they find their driver. One hour later, no call. You call back three to four times and they now don't answer the phone. When you finally get ahold of dispatch you complain about the situation and you're told that this is common for drivers to just not show up.

If this is what you would like to do on your day off with TOTAL SEPTIC then go ahead and call. If you want better luck then call:

You won't use another plumber after using Scott and associates. The Technician was Richard and he's very professional and explain what action he was taking step by step. I needed a Re-pipe done and the job takes him less than a day to complete. What I loved most is that he left the work area clean and their prices are affordable

Jason and Pat were very professional. They did a great job when they came in to pump out our septic tank, also providing some inciteful information to prevent the system from backing up and draining slowly. Lapin did a fantastic job installing our system 2 years ago and once again when keeping up our system this time. We'll definitely make sure to call them again when our system is in need of attention.

David really helped me out when another company cancelled on me the day of my scheduled appointment. He came out - same day to diagnose the problem and actually found another issue I was unaware of. He fit me into his schedule and repairs were done quickly. Wel-Done Services is very professional and I would highly recommend this company.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service they provided. The initial employee did not perform the task accurately. Travis entered and failed to clean the correct conduit. He chose to repair the drain conduit, which eventually led to a backup. The following day, the second man, Joe, arrived and repaired the toilet conduit and other issues. Joe took his time and completed the task accurately. 5 stars for Joe. Travis was also extremely useful!

Our property manager called 12 emergency plumbers and no one could come. We finally called our local water company to come and shut off water to the house so we could at least stop the damage. I found Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond number through a Google search and they answered right away. He let me know that his on-call plumber was over an hour away, and he reminded me that a Sunday call was time-and-a-half. I agreed, and he sent Chris. Chris called to let me know he was on his way, and was very prompt, considering the travel time. He was professional, friendly, and took care of the situation. I asked him to look at the surrounding pipes, and he showed me areas where we could have problems in the near future, and suggested a fix for it. The pipes look great! The charge was $250, which seemed reasonable to me, but I didn't put a price grade on my review because I have no experience with plumbing prices here in the Orlando area. All in all, this was a very professional company and I would call them again. Way to go, Chris, and Jeff's!

Was hoping to find a plumbing service that we could use in the future. While we Appreciate the prompt service we were disappointed in the price gouging. Cost was double what we had anticipated and there was no discussion in what that cost would be prior to work being done. Will not recommend or use again.
