I am so happy that I found this company! The customer service was amazing and they had such a fast response time. I'm a single mom so I have a tight schedule between work and getting the kids around in the afternoon but they were able to get a guy out to my house the same day. The office manager Nichole was also very conscious of the cost of repairs so it kept my bill super low which is always an extra plus! I would recommend this company to any and everyone!

Major leak discovered by our next door neighbor - a river running next to the house. Called Shamrock and they had someone out here within an hour. Sabino arrived and immediately assessed the problem and quickly replaced a damaged/wrong fitting that was leaking badly. Sabino was very unbeat professional, in spite of extreme cold weather and having to play in the water and mud to fix our problem. Shamrock is fair, honest, accommodating and a professional firm which we have and will recommend to anyone who needs a plumber. They are a pleasure to work with and we so appreciate Sabino and all he did for us.

MJS Construction Services (Mike) did a great job! He took a difficult situation (commercial building fire) and made the whole rebuilding experience super easy and effortless. He took the reigns and completed the project in a professional, knowledgeable and affordable manner. I would use him again for any other projects that may come my way.

Kevin Correa was my technician. He was prompt, immediately diagnosed that I needed a new garbage disposal unit, and quickly installed it. He was also very knowledgable and personable. I will request him for my next plumbing needs.

I needed a second opinion, they went above and beyond to help us. A technician came out after his normal hours to find out leak, they were patient and understanding of our situation. We were informed of every step and had everything fully explained throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer the phone and always had somebody that could come out if we needed something at a certain moment , they went far beyond what previous plumbers have done and their range and we are forever grateful for their hard work.

Over the past weekend my AC system stopped working. With the heat wave we are currently experiencing and family coming to visit I needed to make sure that our system was back up and running. Javier was very informative & knowledgeable about the unit, he did a fantastic job.

We had to call someone to help with a problem on our lift station. Granted they were quick to help but the charges were outrageous. $3500 for less than one hour work. Feel like WE are the ones who got hosed. Get a price BEFORE you let them work for you and by all means, WATCH YOUR WALLET.
