I called Pat's Plumbing late afternoon on Friday, May 26th. I explained that my 92 year old Aunt's water heater broke. She and her caregiver were without hot water. We were entering Memorial Day weekend and didn't expect any service until at least Tuesday. However, Pat said he would replace the water heater early Saturday morning. He arrived when he said he would and quickly installed the new water heater. My Aunt now has hot water again. Also, Pat's price was the best and he was extremely kind and professional. Herrell Plumbing did a great job today! We had a clog in one of our lines going out to the main drain. I called on Wednesday and they arrived right on time on Thursday to fix the issue. He was professional and talked me through the process while he used the camera to show me the health of my pipes. He was here less than an hour and found the problem, cleared everything out and then fixed the hardened build up in one portion of our pipe that would of allowed paper to stick and eventually have future issues! The overall cost was $430. He fixed the issue and did not try to sell me a $2,500 pipe cleaning like the other company that we used just a few days ago! This company is honest!

Our first shower in our new home and water leaked from the walls to the bedroom. Siegal was called and Rico came out for the call. RICO TO THE RESCUE. He was responsive, professional and friendly. Tech was knowledgeable and fast. I just needed an all home water filter device replaced. It was a Saturday, and I guess I was a little shocked at the price. But I understand with the service call.
