A plumber was dispatched by Orlando Plumbing within a couple of hours. Travis, the plumber, provided an accurate and trustworthy estimate and service. He had the replacement valves and hardware in his work vehicle and immediately rectified the problem! Very pleased!

I just wanted to share what great service I got from Ferran yesterday. I had placed an order for a new cooling system and it hasn’t come in yet. The gentleman who helped me place the order said, if anything happened to my old unit before the new unit came in call them and let them know and they would take care of it for me. ( with a couple of limitations) He couldn’t have spoken more truth! Our old air conditioner did go out on the Fourth of July and Ferran was right there to get it running again. It required a new motor and fan blades and they fixed it for me at no charge. The service guys that came out to work on it were extremely nice and extremely helpful. I’m glad I’ve chosen Ferran to install my new unit as well as reduct and insulate my attic. I highly recommend this company.

Over the past weekend my AC system stopped working. With the heat wave we are currently experiencing and family coming to visit I needed to make sure that our system was back up and running. Nick helped me with making the appointment for my parents house. Very nice and polite.On the day of the appointment, I got a text message with techs picture and name before he arrived.Our repairs were completed by Luis Ramos. He was very knowledgeable and did repairs pretty fast. He was very professional and polite.

The price was more than fair for the quality of work performed. I had new water heaters installed, kitchen and bathroom faucets installed, and shower trim installed. Mike was very upfront about how and where I can find discounted products prior to installation and what hiccups to look out for prior to moving forward so I could save money. I have done comparisons and my research and found they were honest from the get go. Omar treated my home like it was his home and even cleaned up afterward.
