Is it weird to love a plumbing company... because I have so much love for the team at ProPlumb. These guys are amazing. Always on time, always honest, completely trustworthy -- I've used them for repairs + renovations for several years now and wouldn't call anyone else. >> Special Shout to Potential Female Customers... you know how it sucks to blindly call a repair person because you know they're gonna treat you like you don't know what you're talking about -- or try to pressure you into doing stuff you don't really need to do? That NEVER happens with the ProPlumb crew -- *ever*. They'll treat you with respect + talk to you like you're an actual adult human being capable of discussing the house you most likely bought on your own like a grown woman! they were great when they came out and connected the water back into my bathroom but when I called them recently to have them come and finish fixing my pipes they didn't call me back

NFM delivered a new oven for us but was unable to complete the install. We called Sherman and they were able to come out the same day and complete the install. Went the extra mile and leveled the over and made sure it looked and worked great before leaving. They are my go to for plumbing from now on.

Truly a 24/7 service unlike others I tried that morning. Had early AM drain backup in basement. Cory showed up earlier than expected, was professional, explained what he was doing, cleaned up thoroughly when done. Cost for service was reasonable, and I will use Southside Plumbing when needed in the future.

Quality service from beginning to end. They walked me through what they were going to do and how, they put plastic on my carpets and stairs and covered my furniture since they had to cut into my wall board and dust was going to go everywhere. They also cleaned up after they were done; wiped down the walls of all the dust, cleaned up my carpets and cleaned up my floors, all this was unexpected!!
