Best Water Tank Installation in Omaha NE

Spoke with Ben who quoted me $135 an hour, which I agreed to. He sent 2 guys to fix 2 toilets which were ghost flushing and replace a sink faucet. Upon completion I was presented a bill with a $225 an hour charge. Spoke with Ben where he tried to bully me by repeatedly saying I was informed of the added charge for 2 men when I was not informed. The bill also included a $100 charge for parts which were worth maybe $20 max. Not 48 hours later both toilets stopped working. Again spoke with Ben who was incredulous the toilets were not working and begrudgingly stated he would have someone take a look at them sometime next week. Aghast, I reiterated BOTH toilets were not working. He reluctantly agreed to have someone out that day. 2 weeks later, one toilet started vacuum sealing and the other would not complete a full flush. Afraid to call Ben, who had stated he was done with me. I videoed a friend where we discovered Ben's plumbers had turned down the tank water so low, it was causing these issues. I fixed it myself.

We had a broken pipe in our basement and had a problem with another company (see my other review if interested.) We ended up calling OCB and I couldn’t be happier with the results!
They sent out Cody and Clay and these guys were awesome. They arrived on time and had the job done (including putting down concrete and some additional pipe work) in 3 hours! We’d been told by the other company that it would be a two day job….curious.
Anyway, Cody and Clay were polite, professional and luckily for us, dog lovers. We have 3 dogs, so it was nice not having to put them up because these guys were great.
Our bill was also less than the estimate. How often does that happen? The price was very fair and I would feel extremely comfortable having them back for anything plumbing related and you should too.

The tech was helpful. Knowledgeable very kind and personable. He was able to diagnose the valve is due quickly, get the part needed and repaired and recommend additional services to improve maintenance of the water heater.

Me and my fiance Erin we called Roto-Rooter as we have always done for the last several years anytime we have had a drain, ie plumbing issue. Bob E arrived at our home. He snaked the pipe and drain in the washroom but then informed us that there was a bigger issue. He needed to go through the main trap in the garage. He gave me the price. Which no one is excited to pay any bill. He was very polite, clean and respectful to our four little fur babies. I had taken a photo of him hard at work but was unable to load it. We would not have any other company come to our home. We have been a satisfied customer for several years. If you want the job done right. Take my advice and don't look any further. Roto-Rooter is the company to get the job done right the first time.

The technician, Brian Rhodes, was very good, both professionally and technically. Explained everything that was wrong, how to correct and preventative steps for future issues. Might be less expensive out there but the service was top notch!!!

I hope Wayne is alright ,because we had contacted him about a job over a month ago and since then he has not responded to calls nor gotten back to us on pricing. If you're looking for a septic system install call Midlands he'll answer your phone call or at least get back to you (we're working with him now, he's good!). Henton's not gonna do a job in Omaha they are too busy, and most other company's won't do septic replacement despite stating it on their website. If your a septic company and want to earn some business comment below please.
