I get home last evening my house was 82° with the a.c. on could not figure it out. Woke this morning it was 84° by noon it was 88° called one place and was told it would be Tuesday or Wednesday before they could get to me. Then I called R Mechanical spoke with the nicest lady she walked me through some trouble shooting to see if it would work well it did not. She added me to the list it was fixed by 6:30. I will definitely recommend this company the whole process was pleasant from start to finish. Thank you R Mechanical😌😰😀👍

Stephen was very professional. He was on time and diagnosed the problem. Explained what needed to be replaced. Went to truck just once to get all the tools he needed for the repair. This was nice since he didn't have to keep going back to his truck for another tool. He worked efficiently and was one his way in a short time. Would work with this crew again. Job well done.
