Roto Rooter was able to schedule a service call for the day after I called, compared to a wait of at least three days and five days respectively from two other highly regarded plumbing companies. Paul, the service technician who arrived on time, was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The work Paul performed solved our problem and was done in a timely fashion to our satisfaction. We will definitely contact Roto Rooter first for plumbing services if we have another need in the future.

Recently moved to Bellevue from out of state. Bought our home and intended on purchasing a water softener. John from Gretna Plumbing did our consultation and talked to us first to understand our intent and water usage in the household. He talked about recommended size of units, pros/cons of various models, and then when he saw our current gas water heater he informed us it was from 1985 -- the age of the house. We learned we had scalding hot water because the thermostat was likely corroded. John didn't push at all, but explained that water heaters are designed to last roughly 10 years. He offered more recommendations, explanations of how he would do the work, models he would use, where he could place equipment, etc. We learned more in 1 hour with him than at any major home improvement store. In the end, we decided to go with a new water heater and two piece water softener system. John had great availability to install and gave us an excellent price, plus peace of mind that our old system won't die on us in the middle of winter. John and Jacob came to install everything and were friendly, professional, and explained everything about the system so that we could understand our equipment. Knowing that he also provides 24 hour emergency service gives us great peace of mind. Gretna Plumbing has earned our trust and continued business.
