If I could give them 100 stars I would. In the midst of a very negative situation, Aksarben and crew were to the rescue. We had a large section of our sewer pipe collapse leaving us with nastiness, everywhere. It took a while to figure out what was really going on and walking beside them through this process, I can see why. What a challenging job they have. I just love when I have to call the plumber - said no one ever. I will tell you though - I honestly enjoyed talking to Marion Hardisty. He has worked there for many years with Damien, Eric, and their entire crew. These guys are TOP NOTCH DREAM TEAM MATERIAL. Yes, they are more expensive than a lot of other places (so I hear) but after working with them I am so glad we opted for quality. Thank you, thank you, thank you for being you.

It pains me to have to give them even one star. We had the worst experience with this company.

1. Over an hour late to start the job.
2. Helped themselves to the tools we had without asking. (They were a different contractor’s tools) The two workers had their own tools in their van, but were too lazy to walk out to the driveway to get them.
3. Drilled the wrong holes in the shower and had to replace it the next day.... only to crack the new shower surround when installing it. Told us that “it’s okay... the trim will cover the crack.” So we have a broken shower before we have even used it.
4. Scratched the shower head pipe upon install, and only replaced it when we asked about it.
5. Scratched our new drywall to hell when putting in the shower and then told us that the surround would cover it. Spoiler alert: it did not. So now we have drywall that needs to be replaced.
6. Left a huge mess on our new wood floors. Snow, water puddles, boxes, tools, cement dust everywhere. Didn’t even bother to clean it up.
7. Did not take responsibility for all of this and wanted to charge us a ridiculous amount. We will need to hire MORE work to be done after those idiots were in our home. After many calls to their office, we still ended up paying way more than I thought was fair.

Do yourself a huge favor and google someone else for any plumbing projects in your home. If you go with this company, please prepare yourself for problem after problem. Absolutely horrible.
