Max Sherman was such an effective and professional plumber who solved some complex plumbing problems. He was very informative of everything involved in what he did and discussing options when problems arose to be solved. He was also a very friendly and likable young man with a wealth of knowledge. Not only did he repair all of the plumbing issues, but gave us very good advice of how to avoid the problems in the future. I was especially impressed by his knowledge of how the plumbing had been installed, accurately predicting the year it had been done, and recommendations for future solutions.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience on some thing I expected to be really traumatic And super expensive, which was not welcome right after Christmas. So thank you again for having such a helpful, competent, and Knowledgeable employee.

A & A Plumbing showed up on time, was able to fix my problem within hours of calling them, and charged 1/4 of the price!

My experience started off by calling the wrong company: B*rtan. They would not give me a price quote over the phone, and 3hrs late someone showed up at 8pm. Without even trying to fix my problem, they gave me a quote of either $500 or $1000 if they had to get on the roof.

A & A on the other hand- Gave me a quote of $250 over the phone after explaining my problem, got to my house at the time they told me, and who I talked to on the phone -was the person that showed up- I didn't get handed off through two different dispatchers.

Paul the Plumber has helped me on multiple occasions and today was another. Fit me into his schedule so that I could have hot water tonight. I probably would have spent hours, making several trips to the hardware store, and still probably messed things up or ruined my water heater. When I need a plumber I never have to guess who I'm going to call. Thank you!

I would highly recommend Gretna Plumbing! My basement flooded due to an issue with the sump pump. I called and spoke directly to the owner, John. He not only assured me they could help us but had a crew at our home within 15 minutes of calling them. He personally arrived with his crew to evaluate the situation. They explained what the problem was, explained how they would fix it and gave us an estimate of what it would cost. They fixed the problem right away and charged exactly what they was quoted, with no hidden fees or additional diagnostic fees added in. They were honest and very fair in pricing. I can’t thank them enough for their efficiency but most importantly for their honesty and kindness!
