I called Chris on a Sunday afternoon and was thrilled when he was able to come over and help me with my issue after hours and on a weekend. Such a nice guy! I will most definitely be using him for all my future plumbing needs and recommending him to my friends and family.

I wish I could give a negative number of stars. The work they did was fine but they were hard to work with. I would not use them again.

Very disappointing service from this small company. I never received an initial cost for my job of re-running two lines. After these lines were reversed and then poorly fixed, the wrong way, I asked for my invoice. Each day I call asking for it and when I speak with Dan, he thinks its unreasonable to have to provide proof of service through an invoice. Compares his company to others that wait up to 30 days to provide invoice. Dan must think that people are chumps but don't be the next chump on Dan's list. Extremely unprofessional and I would recommend anyone to stay far away from this company.

They wanted to charge us $150.00 for a water line shut off valve! When we protested, tech told us to 'shut up you don't know what you're talking about'. We told him to leave and paid his $150.00 charge for service call and his time. We got another company to come out the same afternoon and they were great! Mr. Rooter is overpriced and takes advantage.
