Best Residential Water Heater in Omaha NE

Spoke with Ben who quoted me $135 an hour, which I agreed to. He sent 2 guys to fix 2 toilets which were ghost flushing and replace a sink faucet. Upon completion I was presented a bill with a $225 an hour charge. Spoke with Ben where he tried to bully me by repeatedly saying I was informed of the added charge for 2 men when I was not informed. The bill also included a $100 charge for parts which were worth maybe $20 max. Not 48 hours later both toilets stopped working. Again spoke with Ben who was incredulous the toilets were not working and begrudgingly stated he would have someone take a look at them sometime next week. Aghast, I reiterated BOTH toilets were not working. He reluctantly agreed to have someone out that day. 2 weeks later, one toilet started vacuum sealing and the other would not complete a full flush. Afraid to call Ben, who had stated he was done with me. I videoed a friend where we discovered Ben's plumbers had turned down the tank water so low, it was causing these issues. I fixed it myself.

Wonderful Company! We had Gary out to fix our disposal and he did an excellent job! He was professional, courteous, and most importantly, knowledgable. He arrived on time and let us know exactly what needed to be done. I will definitely be calling them back in the future if I need anything else.

Dan was the best of the best. He has great customer service. He is great at his job. He also made sure to clean up after he was done.

Late on a Tuesday afternoon, I called as our basement drain backed up and we had standing water everywhere. Scott Schmitt came in 35 minutes and resolved the issue quickly. He recommended a company to help extract the water and review the repairs that needed to occur. Scott was extremely courteous and gave us a suggestion to avoid this issue in the future. The charge was very reasonable and they are my go to plumber going forward!

Our basement flooded from a blockage in our cities pipes over a holiday weekend. Mike talked me through our options as well as what the city could be doing to be proactive I making sure nothing like this happens again. I called at least 12 other plumbers, water drainage companies and insurance agencies and Mike was the first to take time to talk to me.

Don’t waste your time calling this company because unless you know what the problem is as if you’re a plumber they can’t help you. Very unprofessional.

Might be the easiest and nicest people you can work with. Updated two bathrooms and I needed to have somebody that could work with the tile guy. Jeff was super easy to work with when it came to scheduling. Andy did the work and did a really nice job. He is a really nice guy and honest. You cannot put a price tag on someone being upfront and honest. I have had them do other work in the past, but this was by far the most involved and they did not disappoint. The pricing seemed reasonable, too.

Charged $800 to fix a toilet leak during normal business hours. It was $200 just to figure out what to do on the first visit. I don’t understand why I had to pay for tech to mainly talk to his boss about what to do on that occasion. No estimate was given before work commenced and I only got a partial breakdown of services rendered without having to complain (despite an assurance a review was done as to the bill for services rendered). As it was, $600 would have at least been in the ballpark. Tech also gave me an OT rate that didn’t match what their customer service later shared (but was practically the same as the normal business hours rate I was charged). Will not use again.

I'd leave about eight stars if I could. When we came back from a vacation to water dripping from our downstairs bathroom ceiling, that was a pretty poor welcome home. We got it to quit dripping, but that required shutting our water off, and with a toddler at home, I needed someone out quick. SmithPro had a tech out within a few hours, who got it diagnosed and fixed for a fraction of the price I was anticipating. Not only that, they were super friendly, patient, informative, and kind to my (very curious) daughter. As a new homeowner still learning the ropes, this was about as well as I could have asked for things to go, and while I hope to not have to use plumbing repair repair services again for a while, if/when I do, I know who I'm calling. Thank you so much for making this experience so simple and seamless!

Speedy response to my inquiry about some indoor and outdoor plumbing work needed at my house, and Jacob (the plumber) was fantastic - he was thorough, knowledgeable and timely, both for arrival and completion of work.

Integrity was amazing! very professional, on time, knowledgable, and accommodating. I had a difficult shower faucet valve replacement and the tech knew exactly what to do. It turned out great! Would 100% recommend!
