Ben came last minute to fix a valve on my water main. He charged a resonable price and was at my house with 15 minutes. We had no water in the house becuase of the broken valve and Ben had us up and running in less than 1 hour. Super nice and great service!!1

We had a broken pipe in our basement and had a problem with another company (see my other review if interested.) We ended up calling OCB and I couldn’t be happier with the results!
They sent out Cody and Clay and these guys were awesome. They arrived on time and had the job done (including putting down concrete and some additional pipe work) in 3 hours! We’d been told by the other company that it would be a two day job….curious.
Anyway, Cody and Clay were polite, professional and luckily for us, dog lovers. We have 3 dogs, so it was nice not having to put them up because these guys were great.
Our bill was also less than the estimate. How often does that happen? The price was very fair and I would feel extremely comfortable having them back for anything plumbing related and you should too.

The Best Plumbing Company ever. We had a water pipe break in our home and water was flooding our basement, They were here within 30 minutes to fix the problem. Wasn't a easy fix they had to find where the water pipe was and shut it off. So very professional, friendly and made me feel better that the problem will be taken care of soon. They fixed the problem and were wonderful. They cleaned up and asked if they could help me clean out the water from my basement. What Company does that?? Jeff Mumm Plumbing does that.. Please call them you will be so happy you did,

Honest and reasonably priced. Immediate call back when answering service took my number. Had them install new water system in whole house replacing galvanized pipe. Never had such good volume and pressure prior to their installation.

They installed a new gas line on the outside of my house for my generator. They did an excellent job and went above and beyond the quality of work you normally expect. They were friendly and very knowledgeable. It’s hard to make a plumbing project look pretty, but they did. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

A company that values the customer! I called A&A plumbing out for a minor leak in a pipe near my furnace and for low pressure in the fridge dispenser. In looking at the problems, the technician recommended to call an HVAC company as the pipe in question was part of the furnace. Then identified the dispenser issue as the shutoff valve being stuck only partially open. Neither issue took more than a minute or two to identify, and the technician simply waved it off as not worth charging for. That wasn't a big deal to him, but it was a huge deal to me. It's not even the money, but the fact that the company is willing to put the customer first and wave off something like this instead of charging a flat fee. It is greatly appreciated and I will be using them in the future!

Mike S. was wonderful. He was patient and he explained things to me so I understood how everything worked. He kept working so now my family has air conditioning. We need it due to the hot weather we have had. I just want to say thanks Mike S. you are a great serviceman. I am glad to have had him come out and help us!
