I had a bathroom vanity and toilet installed. The vanity which worked fine before install now has a drawer that wont close. I asked to have the drain pipe moved in the wall to center it with the sink instead they cut into the vanity which most likely caused the drawer to be off. Also, I have abs piping in my home but they slapped PVC on. Where the PVC meets the Abs the water just pours into the bottom of the vanity. I called and requested a plumber that knew what they were doing but they did not oblige. So I will be calling a professional plumber. Beware

We reached out and scheduled an appointment window of 4:30 to 6 as we do not get off work until 430. We were told we would get a text and would have THREE minutes to respond or they would not come. When we got off work at 430 we found they had text around 4pm. So we called and they advised us the tech was sent to another call and they were not sure if they could get anyone to us now. When we mentioned that they text during a time we specifically told them we would still be at work as well as approx 30 minutes before the window even opened it was as if they could care less. So can't say how the services are as we will be looking elsewhere.

I can say that Rooter-Man sent out a plumber the same day and he fixed my leak with respect, excellent service, and quality. My plumbers name was Aaron and he was excellent and I would refer him to anyone. He was fair and did only what was needed and was great at explaining what was going on and what to watch for in the future. They were just wonderful, we called for an emergency and they said it would be a bit because they were swamped (totally understandable) but they were out to our house much sooner than we thought they would be. He was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He was able to get our emergent need taken of right away. We would highly recommend these guys.

Updated. They are a scam. Tried to manipulate me to get a whole new system when my thermostat was bad.

We have a challenging situation in the home that another company was ill equipped to handle. Ken came in and managed the situation to get the job done. He definitely went the extra mile - his time and consideration were much appreciated (as is the unplugged drain)!

So thankful for an honest and professional plumber! We are back to having great water pressure, and the only negative is that I failed to call sooner! I would recommend Exspurt Plumbing 100%.
