Spoke with Ben who quoted me $135 an hour, which I agreed to. He sent 2 guys to fix 2 toilets which were ghost flushing and replace a sink faucet. Upon completion I was presented a bill with a $225 an hour charge. Spoke with Ben where he tried to bully me by repeatedly saying I was informed of the added charge for 2 men when I was not informed. The bill also included a $100 charge for parts which were worth maybe $20 max. Not 48 hours later both toilets stopped working. Again spoke with Ben who was incredulous the toilets were not working and begrudgingly stated he would have someone take a look at them sometime next week. Aghast, I reiterated BOTH toilets were not working. He reluctantly agreed to have someone out that day. 2 weeks later, one toilet started vacuum sealing and the other would not complete a full flush. Afraid to call Ben, who had stated he was done with me. I videoed a friend where we discovered Ben's plumbers had turned down the tank water so low, it was causing these issues. I fixed it myself.

Wonderful Company! We had Gary out to fix our disposal and he did an excellent job! He was professional, courteous, and most importantly, knowledgable. He arrived on time and let us know exactly what needed to be done. I will definitely be calling them back in the future if I need anything else.

The Best Plumbing Company ever. We had a water pipe break in our home and water was flooding our basement, They were here within 30 minutes to fix the problem. Wasn't a easy fix they had to find where the water pipe was and shut it off. So very professional, friendly and made me feel better that the problem will be taken care of soon. They fixed the problem and were wonderful. They cleaned up and asked if they could help me clean out the water from my basement. What Company does that?? Jeff Mumm Plumbing does that.. I talked with Frank on the phone in the morning and he was able to get two of his guys out that afternoon to repair a broken water pipe that was leaking down over two units in our condos.

The guys that came out, Junior and Josh, were like the George Clooney and Brad Pitt from Oceans Eleven, but you know of the plumbing world. They were really friendly, professional, and did an amazing job!

Finally found a Great plumbing company! Kurt is an excellent technician - was actually early (called first) which gave him time to not only address and resolve the issue I called for but was willing and able to answer some questions on other issues. Gave some great advice and fixed another problem.

Rates are competitive but more importantly, I feel that they did exactly the job needed without attempting to upsell (No thanks Burton!). Clean, friendly, professional - could not have asked for more. My new go-to plumber!

Once the technician arrived everything was fine. However, the day they were scheduled to come, they called to say they couldn't get there. They said they would arrive the next morning between 8 and 9, I kept calling all day, being told I was next. Apparently the person had written 8-9 pm instead of am.

Aksarben ARS always does an excellent job whenever my heating, ac, or plumbing goes bad at my house. In April, I needed a new water heater, and in July my ac broke down. Doug installed my water heater and Mike worked on my air conditioning. Both technicians were courteous, professional, and did an awesome job.
