Scott came for a drain clean and ended with a disaster, but fought his way through to find the clog in an old house with not the ideal situations one would like. He fought through some gross stuff and came out smelling like roses at a more than fair price. I would recommend OCB and Scott any day of the week.

We had a really great experience. We had a hot water heater go out over the weekend. I called first thing Monday morning and they got a tech out right away - with a new heater on the truck already. Price was competitive- and the service tech was excellent. I would certainly use them again.

The Best Plumbing Company ever. We had a water pipe break in our home and water was flooding our basement, They were here within 30 minutes to fix the problem. Wasn't a easy fix they had to find where the water pipe was and shut it off. So very professional, friendly and made me feel better that the problem will be taken care of soon. They fixed the problem and were wonderful. They cleaned up and asked if they could help me clean out the water from my basement. What Company does that?? Jeff Mumm Plumbing does that.. They got a tech to my house the same day I called. When Ray showed up I was surprised by how fast the portly older fellow worked. He repaired our upstairs bathroom issue quickly and does fantastic work (no issues since, and others had tried). Ray deserves a raise and we will request him next time.
