We had water draining from our living room light fixture (under bathroom on top floor). We checked everything couldn’t locate or replicate water coming down. I was afraid water could be causing damage and the mystery had my wheels spinning so I called them and they looked at it. They determined water had been getting into the bathroom vent (kids bathroom). This raised some questions and learned one of the kids showered but the shower curtain was on outside of the tub causing the water to sit in bathroom floor so I was happy it wasn’t serious, but also had to bite my tongue. They opened the ceiling to make sure it wasn’t anything else or water causing any damage everything was great. They were extremely professional and helpful!!! Very affordable and professional!!!

I had a terrible sewage flood in my basement and Scott Schmitt was on it! He went above and beyond expectations and resolved the problem. I am so thankful. I was very impressed by his ethic and resolve to help me. My house is now livable again thanks to his hard work. 100% recommend.

The owner not only fixes the problem, but explains the problem and how to ensure proper maintenance. Everything is done with excellence and your home is left clean! I was very happy that I was able to schedule service so quickly when my kitchen sink stopped draining while I had family staying at my house over the holidays. Max Sherman was extremely helpful in explaining options for repair and then fixed my garbage disposal leak and cleared the drains so I could have a functioning kitchen again. Best plumbers in town hands down. Very professional and caring guys. I have seen them digging a hole 8 ft deep in the middle of the night to restore water service for a retirement home full of old folks that needed that service badly. Big Birge responded to save the day!.

Called Mark first thing in the morning and received a prompt response/call back. We discussed the issue and he gave me options as opposed to something else shady. He had his tech at my home within 30 minutes, with the parts, ready to install. After installation, the tech, Bill, gave me some nuggets on how to lengthen the life of the water heater with the new parts. I will be using Integrity in the future for all plumbing and water heater repairs. Integrity are the Professionals… 5 Stars!

Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received from this company. $130 service call to tell us they can’t troubleshoot a hot water heater issue, and we’d be better off buying a new one because they would simply have to replace parts until it started working. I called and expressed my concerns to Dawn and apparently they stand behind this “quality” of service. They say you live and learn, and this is one of those occasions I get to inform other people before they call this business and find themselves with a hefty bill and nothing to show for it.

Update: Hired a reputable company who was able to troubleshoot and identify the controller was bad. Cost of service and part - $200.

I called Aksarben and set an appointment to have my kitchen sink unclogged. Aksarben gave me a time frame they would be able to come and check out the issue. The service tech (Noah) was on time and was professional. He took his time and made sure everything was flowing as it should before he left. Thank you to Noah for being thorough and thank you Aksarben for having techs that truly care.

This company has awesome pricing that is half that of the big companies and their customer service is extraordinary! The plumber came out at time he said he would and he even came early when I said I was home earlier than expected. He fixed what needed to be fixed and he explained what had to be done before doing it. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done. Awesome company!
