It's 1 degree outside. It's New Year's Day. It's a Saturday. And our heat stopped working. We called many places, but Steve took our call and helped us troubleshoot the problem - and after we did what he said - WE HAVE HEAT! We didn't need a trouble call! My husband after talking with them on the phone turn to me and comment on what a pleasant experience he had talking with the personnel at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. The next day I also was very pleased with the plumber, John K. and his assistant with their prompt attention to our problem. They were courteous and efficient in doing their job. At completion of the work they thoroughly went over all instructions and answered any questions I had. My husband and I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Omaha area. Great Job!

I had Mister Rooter of Omaha come out to clear my clogged sink. After a few minutes of using his snake he said he was unable to clear it. His fee for the snake is $300. He said he would need to use pressurized water for an additional $500! I refused. Without a refund of my $300. The next day Tritz plumbing sent a hard worker out, and cleared it for less than $250 in about 1.5 hours. Mr. Rooter omaha is a scammer only interested in the up sell.

Moved my Air Conditioner

John and his team were great to work with. They were able to order a part for our water heater and come out the same day to fix it, even with the initial phone call at 1 pm! We love supporting local businesses and would work with them again in the future.
