We had a broken pipe in our basement and had a problem with another company (see my other review if interested.) We ended up calling OCB and I couldn’t be happier with the results!
They sent out Cody and Clay and these guys were awesome. They arrived on time and had the job done (including putting down concrete and some additional pipe work) in 3 hours! We’d been told by the other company that it would be a two day job….curious.
Anyway, Cody and Clay were polite, professional and luckily for us, dog lovers. We have 3 dogs, so it was nice not having to put them up because these guys were great.
Our bill was also less than the estimate. How often does that happen? The price was very fair and I would feel extremely comfortable having them back for anything plumbing related and you should too.

they broke my bathroom vanity and said they would fixing before we had to pay the bill. now 6 months later I get a random call about the bill being sent to collections. the women I spoke with , Tessa I think, was particularly difficult and a not a nice person at all. her attitude alone would be enough to keep me away in the future

I needed to have the water lines and drain moved in a bathroom to accommodate a new vanity. I really appreciate the speed with which the entire project was done - from getting a bid, to scheduling the job, to having the work complete. Couldn't have met nicer guys to work with!

Best service people around! John was so helpful and nice to help me when he saw that I had a flat tire. He changed it for me and made sure it was safe for me to drive back home. I think it says something about the quality and workmanship of a company when their employees go above and beyond to help someone in trouble. Thank you, John!

Rob arrived on time, fixed our main water valve quickly and professionally. He also made sure to ask us if there was anything else in the house, plumbing wise, that we needed help with. Great experience!

Water softener inspection/diagnostic check. I had Gretna Plumbing install our water softener a few years ago. We always thought our water wasn’t as soft as we’d hoped for. We scheduled, and Darren was on time and explained everything. They checked the water and changed the salt level settings. We’ve already noticed a big difference. Thanks and we will continue to use and refer Gretna Plumbing!
