The tech Jeremy was knowledgeable, respectful of the property (wore disposable shoe coverings), focused, quick to identify and attack the issue and friendly. I purchased Pipe Shield as well as a preventative measure. If I have future problems I would not hesitate to call Roto-Rooter. I would most certainly ask for Jeremy! He is customer service excellence!!!

Showed up first time and fixed clogged drain. I asked about a wet spot on my steps he said it was my outside faucet spraying. He came back to fix it. I started getting water in my basement after. Made 2 appointments he never showed up. Got a different plumber to come and it was never the outside faucet leaking it was the bathtub. He could tell by where the water had stained the wood. His labor is also $145.00 which is pretty high. This new plumber charges $99.00 a hour and fixed the problems.
