My water heater cracked and between me calling and a new heater being installed was a matter of hours. They work fast, do a great job, and their prices are very reasonable. Big Burge Plumbing is an excellent local company. I had an issue on Christmas Eve and they got somebody to my house in a couple hours. Everyone I worked with was extremely professional and courteous. I will definitely be using Big Birge for any future plumbing needs.

My tech was awesome. Tom arrived focused and ready to work. I could tell he was into his job and his knowledge was exceptional. He taught me several useful things about my HVAC system that further my understanding of how it works. I'm the curious type that wants to know how things work and Tom was patient with my many questions. Mike was very knowledgeable and walked me through the whole house to assess it’s plumbing needs before repairing the hot and cold water valves for my new washing machine. He carefully explained the function of each fixture we looked at so that we can understand how our system works as a whole. Being a recent first-time homebuyer of a 100 year-old house, this was especially helpful as we know what parts will need to be replaced in the coming years and an estimate of what it could cost with American Rooter Plumbing.
