Called back on the weekend to schedule my service on Monday as our leak was not an emergency which was fine. He arrived on time, was courteous, and got the job done. Our normal plumber was backed up for weeks and ProPlumb was the only one to call us back on the weekend

We purchased a home roughly 6 months ago, and couldn't help but notice the water pressure was terrible. The home also has a lot of fancy equipment installed by previous owners (water softener, whole house filter, reverse osmosis system), so I was concerned trying to figure out the issue was going to be an ordeal.

He also patiently explained to me all of the equipment we have, what it does, and how to maintain it. Fast, knowledgeable service at a reasonable price. What's not to love?!? I had Dan Nelson come out and check my house for a leak detection because I had water soaking my carpet in the basement. He was very thorough, checked the whole house, and found out that it was my sump pump that had broken. He replaced it immediately and now I'm not leaking anymore water. Dan was completely professional, explained the situation, and gave me different options before he did any work. He even forwarded my information to have a water mitigation company come out and make an assessment. I would recommend Smithpro plumbing to anyone who is having water issues in their house.

After quoting me $185-$225 for a minor repair, the technician showed up and changed the price to $385.

AC died on Thursday night, with the next few days being 90+ I wanted it fix ASAP. After calling around on Friday morning they were able to send someone out same day! Dillon was able to diagnose the bad capacitor quickly and get it fixed so I wouldn’t have to wait a week to get it fixed!

I'm going to give Wayne a bit of time to respond to the unfinished job he left me with. I am a bit PO'd due to his lack of response. A 15 to 20 year relationship is on the line. If he continues to ignore his responsibility then I will update this review
