I called on short notice with a drain backing up in our basement. American Rooter got me on the schedule right away. I was notified by email and text, and a phone call that the technician was on his way with an estimated arrival time. They included a picture so I would know who to look for. Jake was a pleasure to work with and took his time to explain the process and answer the questions I had. He gave me options to repair and walked me through what makes American Rooter different from others in the area. I felt confident in his explaination, abilities and had a strong level of trust. I could not recommend them highly enough for the quick service and honesty I felt. Definetly will use them if needed in the future and recommend to everyone. Our heat went out a cold day in the middle of January. Service One sent out Cliff the same day. Cliff worked quickly. When the problem was resolved he made sure I was aware of anything that may have caused the issue in the first place. He seemed very knowledgeable. His information and work is greatly appreciated.

Had a lightning strike. They were so nice, inspected my whole house and reported what happened and what we may expect to happen with this experience (appliance glitches, etc) and further, how to protect us in the future.Loved the professionalism from the phone call to the text that they were on the way, to actual service. Furnace not turning on. Called Frazier at 7:30. Tom was here by 8:30. He did a great job diagnosing and fixing the problem. He also explained things well. I would recommend him and Frazier.

Was almost ran off the road along with 3 other people and doesn’t look like this is the first incident you need to hire new employees safety should always be a priority when driving this man was going 100 mph on the interstate and 65 through town right past schools supposed to be going 30 mph he was completely unaware of anything going on around him as he was on his phone weaving through traffic like a maniac no blinkers and just cutting people off
