Called back on the weekend to schedule my service on Monday as our leak was not an emergency which was fine. He arrived on time, was courteous, and got the job done. Our normal plumber was backed up for weeks and ProPlumb was the only one to call us back on the weekend

Monte came out provided a bid, I accepted the bid set a date for work to begin…gave my tenants notice of when work would begin and they never showed up! Rescheduled several times, and never showed up again, lastly had another guy from the company call to say they would begin the job in a few days and they never showed up…get the theme! They never showed up! Run away from this company!

Big Birge installed a tank-less water heater for me 6 months ago. It was worth every penny! Terrible experience with this company. The plumber was messy, disrespectful and unprofessional ! He used our bathroom towel and bathroom rug to wipe the water on the floor. He doesn't care at all about
our belongings. Every time I ask a question he quickly snaps. He seems angry and unhappy ! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone !
