An appointment was scheduled for this business to come out and replace my dishwasher. Apparently the job wasn't big enough. They didn't show up nor have the courtesy to call. I would have understood if I was told that on the phone , but to no call/no show? Really? That is very unprofessional.

We have been using Micro for over 15 yrs. I can count on them for anything that comes up around my home. Mike even recommended a contractor to fix my windowsill. That's above and beyond! They are prompt and courteous, always have a solution for me, have everything already on the truck so you're not stressed out waiting, and they always call when on the way, so you're not surprised. they were great when they came out and connected the water back into my bathroom but when I called them recently to have them come and finish fixing my pipes they didn't call me back

They installed a new gas line on the outside of my house for my generator. They did an excellent job and went above and beyond the quality of work you normally expect. They were friendly and very knowledgeable. It’s hard to make a plumbing project look pretty, but they did. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Mike was awesome and was determined to help figure out my problem that 3 other plumbers dismissed/blamed on me. He was able to figure it out and fix it!

They were just wonderful, we called for an emergency and they said it would be a bit because they were swamped (totally understandable) but they were out to our house much sooner than we thought they would be. He was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He was able to get our emergent need taken of right away. We would highly recommend these guys.
