Sorry should have read my post before I posted it but they did not charge me when they were working on my water heater when it kept going off . A day after writing a not so favoring post they did call after awhile. Saying they would be at the house first thing the next morning for which they were they explained they were very busy yesterday that's why they didn't get back to us .I'm sorry now for seeming negative because they fixed our water heater to where it works perfectly and I thank them very much I hope they accept my apology.

Speedy response to my inquiry about some indoor and outdoor plumbing work needed at my house, and Jacob (the plumber) was fantastic - he was thorough, knowledgeable and timely, both for arrival and completion of work.

Our sump pump failed and we woke up to a flooded basement. I called Big Birge on the advise of my insurance agent. Such a great company. They rearranged the schedule to get out that morning since we were expecting more rain in the afternoon. Great service and great prices. So glad I found them as they are my go to for plumbing now.

I'd highly recommend them. Mark is professional, on time, and he cares about the work he does.

They installed my water heater fine however they didn't clean up behind themselves and the next day the drain that my washer goes to is clogged. I called them to help cause there was no issue with that drain before and they wanted to charge me $140 an hour. Do not use these people. They are very unprofessional and very unhelpful

This company was one two give a bid for a plumbing job. I hired them and the other plumber that gave a bid was the one to show up and do the work. It was a scam business from the start. The owner is a cheat and lier and did not honor the bid and charged thousands more for bogus work. The owner does not do plumbing, he gets your signiture, then hires other plumbers to do the work. Look at his shoes and fingernails. He has never worked a day in his life! Whatever you do, don't do business with this company!!!

The technician was very knowledgeable and told me everything I needed to do to maintain a a good working environment for my furnace. There were several things wrong and he explained everything in detail to me. He was very professional. Thank you!

Called them and they said it would be almost 6 pm before they could be her but was here 40 minutes early. They did an excellent job and explained everything they were doing!!

I have never seen a plumbing company make as many screw ups as I watched them work. 2 weeks on a small remodel, the work was done over and over making the same mistakes and can't finish work. Can't show up on time ,when they do they leave as fast as they show up. Billed me 3 times for rework they couldn't get right. Fired and I hope someone sees this and heeds this warning, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, fair warning!!!!!!!
