Had to replace furnace, ac, water heater (being done in 9-1-21). Both installation techs were very professional, courteous, respectful and great sense of humor.

The initial visit was fine. We had used this company in the past several times. Unfortunately, we have called them back 3 separate times since the first visit to follow up on a couple items they found which needed attention. We were told all 3 times, they were working on the bid/info and they would get back to us. Weeks passed. Guess what, never heard back EVER!! Moved on with someone else.

Bill G. was my plumber from service one, he was Kind, detailed, polite, and cleaned up his mess both times.Service one should be very pleased to have such a important employee him. DON'T LET THIS ONE GO... He is a keeper... trust me good help is hard to find...GOT THE JOB DONE PERFECT BOTH TIMES THAT I HAVE USED HIM.... THANKS BILL

I purchased a new furnace from Burton 11/2020. Now that I need service, NO HELP from them. Instead of telling me , your call is two- three weeks out. They told me on 5-10-2022, out tech. Will be on site between 8-12 that morning. At 10 am that morning, I received a call cancelling my appointment. They had A C calls and Zi would have to wait? Rescheduled for 5-13-2022 in the morning.At 11:30 I called and I was scheduled for an afternoon service call? It’s 4:30 and still no service call !If I had looked into their poor service rating, I would never have used them.Please don’t look at the reviews on their web page, look at the independent reviews. They show the true rating of 2 out of 5 stars. These reviews repeat the same problem, poor service.

Myron has been my Service Technician over the years for my HVAC. His knowledge of the various systems has been excellent. With his care to my system, it lasted for twenty years. I now have a new system from Frazier Company. I look forward to the continually excellent service I have received from Myron and Frazier. I would recommend them to all.
