I have been a customer of Aksarben since they installed a new furnace and air conditioner several years ago. They have ALWAYS been very professional and willing to explain details to me. The technician that came out today was very helpful. He suggested an ultraviolet install which I definitely plan to get as soon as possible. I never knew this feature existed! As I'm getting older, it is so important to me that I do whatever I can to preserve my health. This ultraviolet light that would eliminate mold and mildew in my vents would be AMAZING! With my service plan, it makes it cost a little less too. I definitely recommend Aksarben to all my friends when they ask. I'm so grateful that these services are available from such great people. I cannot say enough good things about Aksarben! Keep up the great work and thank you so much for all you do!

The initial visit was fine. We had used this company in the past several times. Unfortunately, we have called them back 3 separate times since the first visit to follow up on a couple items they found which needed attention. We were told all 3 times, they were working on the bid/info and they would get back to us. Weeks passed. Guess what, never heard back EVER!! Moved on with someone else.

I love Service One. The staff is always friendly on the phone and in person. They are professional and are really patient with little munchkins watching them work. The policy has paid for itself twice at least. It's a must have for every homeowner.

Burton sent two gentlemen to the house for an annual maintenance check on our HVAC system. They were very professional and did a fantastic job! Our AC is blowing twice as strong now. I would highly recommend this service... definitely worth the value.

They came out to fix a leak under the kitchen sink. While Avery was here, he also did a water heater flush, as a maintenance service. The service was quick, and quality. Avery was polite and professional. Great experience!

I have used Frazier company for two separate issues. 1st one was a plumbing issue on a spigot outside. Under a crawl area. Tech that came out was great. Professional work. No issues. It was three days to get him out. But they were one of the few companies to actually return my call with a plumbing issue. 2nd instance was with my AC that wasn't cooling on a 101 day in Omaha. I called in the morning, dispatch said it would be next morning. I understand. Sometimes we get spoiled with same day service. 3pm I get a call they can be there same day. Tech shows up. Diagnoses the issue. A couple hundred dollar service call. I'm happy. I'll be a customer again.

Having co-workers and managers I can trust and rely on for help makes my job and day to day tasks a lot more manageable. Everyone is treated with respect and it is made to feel like a family environment. I love it here! Most days I feel eager to come to work and it doesn't feel like just a job. Prairie Mechanical is a growing company so every day is a busy one for us all, but I've learned so much and truly feel valued.
