I had used a different company for several years. I thought they were fixing the problem when, in fact, they were really just putting a band aid on it. I got an appointment the same day I called and Terry did a great job not only fixing the problem but also explaining the situation to me. The professionalism and the value of the work by Micro Plumbing and, in particular Terry, is phenomenal. I highly recommend them.

I called Perfect Plumbing because I had a leak and a bad smell coming from under the kitchen sink. I was scheduled right away and was told the tech would give me a free estimate before doing any work. On the day the tech arrived they called me 30 minutes ahead so I was able to go to work right up to appointment time. The tech that arrived was very polite and respectful of my home and me. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately as a loose pipe and repaired it quickly with no new parts. When he was finished he took time to explain what the trouble was. I asked what I owed and he said nothing since the problem was minor. I was shocked. I said surely I at least owe for the service call since I took him away from other customers but he said no, no charge. I then called the owner and again offered to pay a service charge but he also said no charge. I have to say in all my years experience working with contractors, this is the first and only time one has ever performed work and refused to take payment. This company's honesty and integrity is above and beyond any I have ever worked with before. My husband and I are not handy people so if we were told the repair needed new parts and a lengthy repair, we would not have known the difference. You feel so vulnerable calling contractors and just hope you picked one that will be fair and honest. I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt, Perfect Plumbing is an honest, ethical company who's employees are knowledgeable, efficient and respectful. I will be referring all of my friends and family to this five star company from this point on.

Anthony came over to my house to fix a clogged drain and to repair a leak behind my dishwasher. I had called another plumbing company the week before and they told me they would have to send 2 guys over and just about charge me double the amount. Anthony did both jobs all by himself with no problems, and charged less. He answered all my questions and his work was not messy. Anthony did all of the work in 2 hours and 15 minutes. I have a Service Contract with HomeServe for my outside plumbing items. The company had Raymond Plumbing do the work. I needed an indoor shutoff valve replaced, but first the outside shutoff valve had to be located. Raymond Plumbing coordinated with Omaha MUD to mark the location. Then Raymond installed the necessary items so the outside valve could be easily located in the future.
My wife was VERY happy with the workers and the work they did.
I would HIGHLY recommend Raymond Plumbing.
