Wonderful Company! We had Gary out to fix our disposal and he did an excellent job! He was professional, courteous, and most importantly, knowledgable. He arrived on time and let us know exactly what needed to be done. I will definitely be calling them back in the future if I need anything else.

Called them on a Friday afternoon/early evening because our main drain backed up while I was doing laundry. Two guys came within a few hours and they were extremely friendly and professional. We all thought the problem was fixed and they left. About an hour later we realized that it wasn't fixed and was leaking again. Gave them a call again and about an hour later two other guys showed up. They were also extremely friendly and professional. They fixed our problem and everything seems to be working fine now. Even with emergency rates they were incredibly affordable. They even cleaned up after themselves when they were done. They put our washer back and hooked it up and even cleaned the carpet on our basement steps. We will definitely recommend them from now on and if ever needed we will always call them first.

Tim was a godsend after our previous plumber. I would trust nobody else with larger projects. We have an old house in Dundee with galvanized pipes and had another plumber replace the tub stopper. A few months later, our ceiling was starting to bulge from leaks. After several unsuccessful attempts from the previous plumber to fix the leak, we called Tim and he came to our house to inspect. He quickly found the source of the leak and it was clear Tim really knows and loves plumbing.

Since we had a number of other issues with our rusty pipes I asked if he could fix those too. Tim traced the pipes from the basement to the bathroom while I tagged along and we came up with a detailed gameplan. A few visits later Tim finished everything:

1. Replaced all the galvanized steel piping from the basement to the upstairs with copper
2. Fixed the leaky tub
3. Installed a new vanity and sink
4. Replaced 15 feet of flat PVC piping with properly dropped PVC and a real fitted connection back to the galvanized exit pipe.

Not a single leak since then. RX Plumbing is awesome and they're definitely our new go-to plumbing company. Thanks Tim!

This Summer I completed a pretty big home remodeling project: my master bathroom. Luckily, I was not alone. I had Micro Plumbing handle my plumbing needs. They removed a lot of worry from me and helped really add the spit and polish to my bathroom with a new toilet and a beautiful new faucet. They even re-caulked my shower and tub for me when I asked for that at the last minute. They were prompt, efficient, and friendly. Thanks, Micro Plumbing!

I found Bill by referral, a realtor friend purchased a property with a bad sewer pipe, and Bill was the most affordable option. I have since personally used Affordable Plumbing twice for complete sewer line replacement on two different investment properties. Bill gets the job done on time, on budget and his staff is friendly and easy to work with. I like the fact that he is a 24/7 operation, as I often find myself calling or texting him late in the evenings, when most contractors have finished for the day. Affordable Plumbing is an excellent company to call for sewer line replacements. He is my go to person for sewer line inspections and repair.

I called at least ten companies from the BBB-rated plumbing company list on Friday. Everybody was fully booked for the day including Southside Plumbing. However, after I explained my problem, the wonderful lady at the desk told me that she would try to send somebody by the end of the day. Around 4 pm, here comes Ray, looks at the job, explains what needs to be done, finishes the job at lightening speed (less than 30 minutes) and takes off. My wife and I just could not believe that
plumber's work can be that fast and so efficient. With 40 years of plumbing work experience, Ray is the true expert and an honest
professional. We are going to ask for Ray for any plumbing work in the future.
Job that Ray did was removing the old shower valve from the tiled wall, adding two cut-off valves for the hot and cold water copper lines and two adapters to hook-up a new shower system.

SmithPro Plumbing did an excellent job for our commercial kitchen. We had a lot of work done to get our kitchen up and running and they were always on time, professional and did amazing work. Highly recommend!!

My wife and I are new homeowners who just had a plumbing disaster in our basement just 3 months after moving into our new home, and 2 weeks after our first child was born. Our main drain overflowed!

Robert Pond arrived promptly WITHIN the hour, he made us feel safe, reassured us we would be taken care of, was informative, explained the company process, and provided an accurate ETA of the individual who would be fixing our basement drain. Before he left for the day, he helped us initiate the process of filing our claim with insurance and articulated the areas affected by the water damage. We are so green that we didn’t know what to do! Thankfully, Robert held our hand through the process and provided us a peace of mind we desperately needed.

Our tech Lucas arrived within the ETA Robert provided and informed us of the process needed to fix the drain. He got to work immediately and fixed our issue within a couple of hours. He informed us of another individual who would be inspecting the drain and locating the source of the failure/overflow.

Terry Reeh showed up not long after Lucas finished snaking the main drain. Terry showed us a video image of roughly 3ft worth of roots that had grown through the piping. He tracked the issue down promptly and gave us his card and a quote. He also provided information on financing which will be much needed since insurance doesn’t cover these types of repairs.

All-in-all, Roto-Rooter is a company my new family and I plan to use for many years to come. The level of service is something I myself, who has worked in customer service for over 10 years, have never seen. Each member of this team was informative and valuable.
