Best Drain Repair in Omaha NE

Spoke with Ben who quoted me $135 an hour, which I agreed to. He sent 2 guys to fix 2 toilets which were ghost flushing and replace a sink faucet. Upon completion I was presented a bill with a $225 an hour charge. Spoke with Ben where he tried to bully me by repeatedly saying I was informed of the added charge for 2 men when I was not informed. The bill also included a $100 charge for parts which were worth maybe $20 max. Not 48 hours later both toilets stopped working. Again spoke with Ben who was incredulous the toilets were not working and begrudgingly stated he would have someone take a look at them sometime next week. Aghast, I reiterated BOTH toilets were not working. He reluctantly agreed to have someone out that day. 2 weeks later, one toilet started vacuum sealing and the other would not complete a full flush. Afraid to call Ben, who had stated he was done with me. I videoed a friend where we discovered Ben's plumbers had turned down the tank water so low, it was causing these issues. I fixed it myself.

Wonderful Company! We had Gary out to fix our disposal and he did an excellent job! He was professional, courteous, and most importantly, knowledgable. He arrived on time and let us know exactly what needed to be done. I will definitely be calling them back in the future if I need anything else.

I really hate to leave a bad review but for safety reasons I will. We had our heater replaced a few months ago and it was a good experience. Very nice employees.. but a week later I started waking up with migraines and my sister came over three days into it and expressed how the house smelled like gas. We have been leaving minimally for coronavirus reasons and had apparently gotten used to the smell and dint realize. So we had the house checked for a gas leak. It turns out Eyman didn't install our heater correctly and left us with a pretty big gas leak that could have turned into something a lot more disastrous.

These people are great. honest and reliable. They arrived out to repair a broken toilet on Friday before a holiday weekend. Arrived on time, completed the work in record speed and did an excellent job. I recommend them

We purchased a home roughly 6 months ago, and couldn't help but notice the water pressure was terrible. The home also has a lot of fancy equipment installed by previous owners (water softener, whole house filter, reverse osmosis system), so I was concerned trying to figure out the issue was going to be an ordeal.

Fortunately, it couldn't have been easier! Terry from Micro Plumbing came out, quickly diagnosed the problem, made a repair, and we are now in water pressure heaven! He also patiently explained to me all of the equipment we have, what it does, and how to maintain it. Fast, knowledgeable service at a reasonable price. What's not to love?!? Micro is our new go-to plumber for sure!

I will be using Action Rooter again. I recently had a clogged drain from our washing machine drain. I had Aksarben Plumbing come out. The guy could not get it unclogged and charged me. They gave a estimate of $1500-$2500 to replace the pipes.
Action Rooter came out the same day and unplugged the drain. Charged me $49 less than Aksarben. Also gave us a 30 day warranty on his work. We have three centers and for now on we will be using Action Rooter. Thank you very much!

Don’t waste your time calling this company because unless you know what the problem is as if you’re a plumber they can’t help you. Very unprofessional.

These guys are amazing! They're great about returning calls. They show up when they say they will. They work quickly. They keep everything clean. They're respectful. And they actually fix the problem! We've called them twice to fix different plumbing issues the last tenants left behind, and they did a stellar job! Can't say enough good things about Jeff and Andy!

they were great when they came out and connected the water back into my bathroom but when I called them recently to have them come and finish fixing my pipes they didn't call me back

They are awesome I have used smith pro several times in the last 5 years. From unclogging our sink also unfreezing our kitchen pipes and replaced our outside spicket. They are well priced and fast.

I talked with Frank on the phone in the morning and he was able to get two of his guys out that afternoon to repair a broken water pipe that was leaking down over two units in our condos.

The guys that came out, Junior and Josh, were like the George Clooney and Brad Pitt from Oceans Eleven, but you know of the plumbing world. They were really friendly, professional, and did an amazing job!
