Is it weird to love a plumbing company... because I have so much love for the team at ProPlumb. These guys are amazing. Always on time, always honest, completely trustworthy -- I've used them for repairs + renovations for several years now and wouldn't call anyone else. >> Special Shout to Potential Female Customers... you know how it sucks to blindly call a repair person because you know they're gonna treat you like you don't know what you're talking about -- or try to pressure you into doing stuff you don't really need to do? That NEVER happens with the ProPlumb crew -- *ever*. They'll treat you with respect + talk to you like you're an actual adult human being capable of discussing the house you most likely bought on your own like a grown woman! Our drain in the laundry room was backing up on a Saturday afternoon. They where there within 2 hours and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. Professional and polite young men.

The Best Plumbing Company ever. We had a water pipe break in our home and water was flooding our basement, They were here within 30 minutes to fix the problem. Wasn't a easy fix they had to find where the water pipe was and shut it off. So very professional, friendly and made me feel better that the problem will be taken care of soon. They fixed the problem and were wonderful. They cleaned up and asked if they could help me clean out the water from my basement. What Company does that?? Jeff Mumm Plumbing does that.. If I could give 0 stars I would, they agreed on repairing an item they broke while working at my house but never did so even tho I have emails from them saying they would. Would not recommend!

The folks at roter-rooter are phenomenal! A very nice lady came by to inspect the bathroom and diagnose the problem. She determined it was an emergency as there was sewage backing up in our shower drain. She also gave us advice on how to ensure that our drains were kept clear. Within an hour two professional gentleman by the names of Brandon and Jared showed up. They took care of the issue in a very timely manner. I appreciated their professionalism and speedy service. I also got a $75 coupon that I used toward purchasing a gallon of their drain degreaser! This was the worst plumbing issue I’ve ever seen! They are available 24/7, 356 days per year even on holidays!

They charge you to give you an estimate. Basically, before they even do anything. How can you charge anyone before you do any job?! We, the customers, should make them to get rid of habits like this. I'm sorry, but this is a rip-off.
