When you invite someone into your home to fix something, there's always a small worry that it'll be someone you don't want in your home. This was not the case. R Mechanical Heating & Air was friendly, comfortable and above all did great work from start to finish. Deb got a hold of me RIGHT away and was able to fit an appointment in ASAP. She explained everything clearly but when the technician came, I never really expected how courteous and lovely the service would be. He was clear when explaining what was wrong AND after doing a diagnostic check, he cleaned our filters. He worked the WHOLE TIME and did so with a smile. What a guy! I highly recommend them. We've had a positive history with every Ralston business we've worked with and these guys were no different. More than positive, floored. Did I mention the price was SO REASONABLE. 2 Compressors replaced, cleaned my filters, ran diagnostics and was out in less than 2 hours. LESS THAN 2 HOURS. I was almost sad to see him go. If anything happens again, we know who to call.

These guys do anything and everything. They do it well because they have great equipment and the owner Ken is a wealth of knowledge.

We had a problem with our master bathroom shower and our kitchen sink. Josh came out and figured out the issue with the shower and discussed some resolutions with us on that. Found the problem with our sink faucet and replaced it for us after purchasing the new one of our choosing. Would definitely use NextGen again and plan to for some of our upcoming projects.
