Might be the easiest and nicest people you can work with. Updated two bathrooms and I needed to have somebody that could work with the tile guy. Jeff was super easy to work with when it came to scheduling. Andy did the work and did a really nice job. He is a really nice guy and honest. You cannot put a price tag on someone being upfront and honest. I have had them do other work in the past, but this was by far the most involved and they did not disappoint. The pricing seemed reasonable, too.

We had a pipe burst in January late one evening. They were able to come out right away and get the issue fixed so we could get our water turned back on and were able to stay in our house that night. Jared was very professional and did a great job. We would definitely recommend!

Chad came out and was able to problem-solve for me in anticipation of a basement remodel. He did a great job, was professional, polite, and thorough. He made sure my floor drains are in perfect working order before I start the planned work. I would absolutely use them again and have already recommended them to a couple of friends! I am calling them my HVAC Angels. On a Friday at 7:30 I called R Mechanical because my air conditioner quit working. I really didn’t expect anyone to answer I just was going to leave a message so I would be first one come Monday morning. I planned on calling everyone around and pray it would get fixed in the near future. To my surprise my call was answered and they didn’t even have an IVR to push 1 for this and 2 for that. It was a live person. I explained what was going on with my air. It was going to be hot for the next few weeks and that’s when they break down when you use them. Not only did they come on a Friday night at 8:30 but they fixed it. The cost was way lower then I thought it would be. I was so pleasantly surprised and want to let all of you know how great they are. You don’t see this good of customer support any more. I get to sleep in my bed tonight and not sweat. So thanks R Mechanical.

Back in the spring I had my main drain backup into my house called several plumbers, but Backlund was who answered, showed up, and snaked my drain. After the water started going down, they brought in there scope truck and scoped my main drain that just backed up and told me the reason why it backed up was cuz of my tree in the front yard. This is where it made me mad because the previous owners stated that they have replaced the main drain pipe. It was only because of Backlund that I learned that only four feet of my main drain was replaced in PVC and not the whole thing. But Backlund went above and beyond and help me out and ran their root cutter down my drain after they had already cleared it of the clock because they said that it would just come back within a month. So far it's been 8 months and not one single issue if I have any other plumbing problems First Call will be Backlund awesome service awesome people!!!
