Great service! Josh was professional and friendly. They redirected my vent stack, hooked up our dishwasher and disposal, and ran a new water line for our refrigerator. They went above and beyond with this service call. I recommend this company without question.

Wonderful Company! We had Gary out to fix our disposal and he did an excellent job! He was professional, courteous, and most importantly, knowledgable. He arrived on time and let us know exactly what needed to be done. I will definitely be calling them back in the future if I need anything else.

We had OCB Plumbing do some work for our business and we were happy with their work. SO we called them for an estimate for our house to run a gas line to hook up a gas stove. We already had gas in our house. The estimate seemed fair so we had them do the work. They ended up charging is 2- 1/2 times what the estimate was!!! The guy that ran the line was really slow and kept calling someone for advice for changing the orifices to propane on our stove. He left for 2 hours to get parts and they charged us for the time he was gone! They did shoddy on the outside where they ran the line. It is rusting. When I called them they said they would have someone come out and paint it like it should have been done. That was 6 months ago and no one has came! I will NEVER recommend them or use them ever again!!!

They broke my vanity wheel unclogging a drain.
We agreed the bill would be settled when my vanity was repaired, their technician took a crucial piece with him at the time, this was in June of 2022.
Now in march 2023 they tell me they are taking my account to collections and do not care about my broken vanity or the agreement we made. Not to mention the drain was never even fixed

Absolutely do not work with them

Speedy response to my inquiry about some indoor and outdoor plumbing work needed at my house, and Jacob (the plumber) was fantastic - he was thorough, knowledgeable and timely, both for arrival and completion of work.

James was great. Looked at all possibilities of the leak and provided his recommended solutions. Hope this takes care of it.

If you aren’t calling A&A Plumbing & Drain Services for your plumbing needs, you’re doing it wrong. Prompt, courteous and professional. Had a water heater and softener installed and we couldn’t be happier! Great guys, great service!

UPDATE 10-10-22 Daniel came out to double check make sure my thermostat and furnace were accurate and they were and he explained to me a couple things and explained why there was a difference and it made total sense plus Snoopy didn't bark as bad at him as he has other service people I've had out here so he's got a yes vote from Snoopy9-29-21 Ryan was here to do my HVAC service and pointed out that it'd be better if I had a black water tube for my furnace attached humidifier because it would cut down on the bed. And it wouldn't allow light trousseau I agreed and installed it in no time at all. He was very friendly and asked me if I had any problems or any questions which I didn't but very thorough and his job I do appreciate all of it is Aksarben employees and work that they do.UPDATE 11-3-20 Noah very thorough and knowledgeable to these tasks that he was doing friendly. He explained what he had gone through numbers what they meant and once again exceeded my expectations for HVAC people. I have no problem giving my recommendations as all their employees arthro dress properly uses their ppes and they always put booties on their shoes before walking into a house. And I look forward to seeing whoever they send in the spring when they check my AC out well worth the monthly cost to be on their program.Update 5-27-20 Derek was knowledgeable and listened to me and tell me what might happen and I'm going to wait until they come through to inspect my Plumbing next week and I am not regretting my decision I really love Aksarben they're honest hard-working and friendly.They are very helpful and very thorough and I'm happy with the work they do under contract for my HVAC system. And Tyler the guy who serviced my heating system this time is very polite and explain things thoroughly & to show you where things are located and why
