Ben came last minute to fix a valve on my water main. He charged a resonable price and was at my house with 15 minutes. We had no water in the house becuase of the broken valve and Ben had us up and running in less than 1 hour. Super nice and great service!!1

Wonderful Company! We had Gary out to fix our disposal and he did an excellent job! He was professional, courteous, and most importantly, knowledgable. He arrived on time and let us know exactly what needed to be done. I will definitely be calling them back in the future if I need anything else.

Had them come out to look to replace a bathtub and shower surond was told after they looked at it that they would be here by 9am on the 12th to do the job,call them at 10 to get talked down to by the person who told me the 12th that its now the 18th that its always been the 18th after i checked back with them twice. Before rearrange what we have going on.

We just used them for the first time and I will never use anyone else. They were responsive, professional, and very reasonable.

Duane explained and went over the process thoroughly. Prompt and personable. He put a pressure reducing valve in and went over a couple other items with me over my new sprinkler system. Got our pressure up exactly perfect. Best it has been in 28 years. I’m very pleased with his workmanship and explaining what he was doing. Also found out my expansion tank didn’t have enough pressure fixed that quickly.

Kept their appointment, in fact were early!

Quality service from beginning to end. They walked me through what they were going to do and how, they put plastic on my carpets and stairs and covered my furniture since they had to cut into my wall board and dust was going to go everywhere. They also cleaned up after they were done; wiped down the walls of all the dust, cleaned up my carpets and cleaned up my floors, all this was unexpected!!
No more dripping pipes and best of all it was a very fair price. Thanks Perfect Plumbing.

I can say that Rooter-Man sent out a plumber the same day and he fixed my leak with respect, excellent service, and quality. My plumbers name was Aaron and he was excellent and I would refer him to anyone. He was fair and did only what was needed and was great at explaining what was going on and what to watch for in the future. Just great service and I am very pleased with this company’s response time and excellent customer service. Great job Rooter-man and I will call on you in the future if I ever have a plumbing need. Great service. Great workers.

The tech did a good job and was friendly. He was on time. I was happy with the work done. I was able to get next day service for an install. The reason I am leaving a lower review is that I asked for some kind of rough estimate of cost before I scheduled the appointment. The lady scheduling was nice, but said she could not. They charge a 49 dollar service fee. I was under the impression that that would come out of the estimate if I chose to have the work done. It does not. The estimate was more than double and close to triple my lowest I received. This included having done by the big box retailers we all know and other big name local competitors. I went ahead and had him do the work because I needed it done and he was already here, which I’m sure a lot of people do. I don’t think this was the tech’s doing. That said, I will not be having work done by this company again. I am glad I didn’t purchase the warranty they tried to sell ahead of time. If you can’t give a fair estimate before you come out, I’ve learned my lesson. I did appreciate the fast service. I guess if you’re desperate for it to be done quick.
