Great service! Josh was professional and friendly. They redirected my vent stack, hooked up our dishwasher and disposal, and ran a new water line for our refrigerator. They went above and beyond with this service call. I recommend this company without question.

And they actually fix the problem! We've called them twice to fix different plumbing issues the last tenants left behind, and they did a stellar job! Owner is a genuine disappointment ( Dave ) gave him a big job on a platter. Offered a small job and cost was questionable?.. ask for disclosure.. response didn’t match response. My intuition- price gouging stay clear from this business!! No integrity!!

Have used Smith Pro twice now. Once to hook up our kitchen faucet, disposal, and plumbing after new countertops were installed, and the second time to replace a water heater and install a water softener. Both times they completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up when they were done. Very happy and will use their services again.

Frank came to look at the project, said he would send an estimate and that his son would finish a job close-by and then come over to do the work, and then never heard from him again! I texted and called after waiting several hours for an estimate. This happened right after Christmas so we had already waited several days. A simple text or phone call that he was too busy would have been the professional thing to do.
