Called and was able to get service in the same day. Ray the tech was honest, quick, and efficient about the minor leaks in the ceiling we were experiencing and the price was very reasonable. Ray deserves a raise and we will call Southside again if we have any other plumbing issues.

Our sump pump failed and we woke up to a flooded basement. I called Big Birge on the advise of my insurance agent. Such a great company. They rearranged the schedule to get out that morning since we were expecting more rain in the afternoon. Great service and great prices. So glad I found them as they are my go to for plumbing now.

Our toilet valve broke and my husband and I attempted to fix it ourselves. We had no idea what we were doing.

Once we had installed the new parts, we realized we made some mistakes and there was a leak. We called 402 Plumbing around 6 p.m. on a Friday. Fernando was very kind and professional. He came within the hour and replaced the leaking pipe, fixed some of the issues we made when replacing the valve, and also helped answer some of our other plumping-related questions for future fixes.

We will definitely be reaching out to Fernando again.
