Big Birge put in a new water line for us and did an amazing job with this extensive project. In fact, the already involved job got even lengthier due to a severe weather day and a surprise buried set of concrete stairs that the team discovered in our yard and that was directly in their path! Despite the obstacles Brad and his team faced, they were professional and prompt throughout, plus they held true to the contracted price, despite the setbacks, which we so appreciated. From customer service to craftsmanship, we were 100% impressed with Big Birge and highly recommend them!

Had an outdoor faucet with icicles coming from it and was nervous I’d have a pipe break and flood my basement. We hired 402Plumbing (Fernando) to install a new water heater for us. Fernando was able to install a new water heater the same day ours went on the fritz. He also picked up the new water heater and made arrangements to have the old one picked up for us the following day. Very professional, knowledgeable and eager to satisfy our needs.
