Wayne and Colton did a fantastic job cleaning out my main line to correct a back up in my basement. They were professional, personable and provided reassurance that this work would resolve my problem. I will definitely call Eyman for all my future plumbing needs.

I called on Tuesday night twice before someone called me. They just told us how to restart the furnace. When it did not start my daughter and I went to bed, because it was almost midnight and I had to be up in less than 5 hours. The next day my daughter called for an appointment, but they could not get to us until Thursday late in the day. So we spent a night in a hotel. When we got home on Thursday for our appointment it was 43 degrees in the house. Once the tech was where he did a wonderful job of fixing the furnace. I was really happy with that part of the service. The people on the phone were not so helpful. It seems the first person never took my information and pasted it on to a tech. The second person to answer the phone spoke so softly it was hard to hear him. Then the tech that called had his own idea of what was wrong and never listened to what I was telling him. He kept insisting he knew what was wrong and never heard what I was saying. So everything that happened until a tech showed up three days later, needs some retraining on the company's part. Would U called them again, yes, because I believe in second chances.

I'm not normally one to write a review but I was very impressed with the staff at R Mechanical. Great customer service, honest and friendly, they definitely go above and beyond!

Our technician completed a very thorough inspection of both our furnace and air conditioning systems. He was friendly and easily answered our questions. His time and service were much appreciated!

Burton was the only plumber in town who would do the work same day. It was on the pricey side, to be sure. But better than waiting weeks or being ghosted or ignored.

Russ was safe and efficient during his visit. We look forward to his semi-annual visit each time he comes here. He is always polite and informitive.
