He and his guys have always been punctual, professional, explained the problem and solutions in a manner anyone could understand, and they always took extra precautions to protect my house or business and cleaned up after themselves. Owner is a genuine disappointment ( Dave ) gave him a big job on a platter. Offered a small job and cost was questionable?.. ask for disclosure.. response didn’t match response. My intuition- price gouging stay clear from this business!! No integrity!!

NFM delivered a new oven for us but was unable to complete the install. We called Sherman and they were able to come out the same day and complete the install. Went the extra mile and leveled the over and made sure it looked and worked great before leaving. They are my go to for plumbing from now on.

Honest and reasonably priced. Immediate call back when answering service took my number. Had them install new water system in whole house replacing galvanized pipe. Never had such good volume and pressure prior to their installation.

Dan was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and was quick and efficient. I will absolutely call them again.

My main sewer line was backing up, I called and they had a technician out within 2 hours. Francisco did a thorough job clearing the tree roots from my line, and was very helpful and friendly. I unfortunately forgot the name of the camera technician that looked at my line, but he also was very helpful and friendly.

I worked with Jacob and Riley. Honest and transparent, good work, good recommendations, multiple options explored. I will call again!

Had Big Birge come out and complete a decent amount of work (two toilets, water heater, add water softener, shower and outside faucet repair). They were great to work with and very responsive. One complaint was that the crew that completed the job did not read the order/estimate to know what toilets to swap out and my wife had to leave work to show them. Regardless, they did a great job on everything and we definitely threw some things at them that they were able accommodate. Highly recommend.

Great place to ride

These guys are incredible! I’ve used Burton and American Rooter in the past and Integrity Plumbing far exceeded both services in both professionalism, approach, and value. Burton and American Rooter both raise their costs so that they can sell you a cheaper monthly package that appears to then lessen the cost of the current job they are doing. Even if I would have chosen the monthly service package with either services, their 20% discount still care out to be twice as expensive as Integrity Plumbing. Bill did awesome work, fixed the problems and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. I will recommend Integrity Plumbing and Bill to all of my friends and will always use them from now on. Great experience, great value, great work!

No one called me back..

Contacted M&K for simple repair that should take an hour to perform. Was quoted the $69.00 trip fee which was okay. No other phone quotes were available on phone.
Upon arrival of technician, the up-charging began. It was disappointing that the fees became exorbitant.
Would I ever call them again. NEVER. Buyer beware.
