These guys were great and really easy to work with. The estimate was free. Their price was $600 less than Mr. Rooter (who I do not recommend). Preston was extremely knowledgeable about my plumbing issues and absolutely up front about pricing. I couldn’t be more happy. I definitely recommend VIP Plumbing.

I can't say enough good things about this service. Robert and Brent were prompt, courteous, and did outstanding work installing my water softener. They started late, but did not charge me extra for the late hours and they were committed to finishing the project on the first visit so I would not be without water while waiting for the installation to be finished. I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and will do in the future.

After getting the run-around from another local plumber we have used in the past, we decided to call Hull and are very happy that we did. I spoke with Jennifer, who helped get Connor dispatched out to help us in less than 30 minutes. After waiting a week on the other plumber, Hull helped get our issue resolved in about 2 hours overall. The other guys have lost a customer and I will be calling Hull Plumbing from now on when the need arises. Thank you!

I have used A Macs about 3 times i think and everytime they have really helped with difficult problems. My sewer clogged awhile back they took care of that. Then my water heater went out on a saturday morning/afternoon and They were able to take care of that as well. I'm glad i use this family owned company!

Totally professional! Tech (Ray) called ahead of time letting me know he'd be arriving earlier than scheduled. Once at the site, Ray was thorough and let me know the step-by-step process of what the job entailed. He had a small hiccup with a piece of equipment but had a great sense of humor about it and was able to get past it without issue. Lakeshore Plumbing is now on my speed dial! Make sure you ask for Ray!

Called A Plus to cap a gas line and make sure an older fireplace was safe. The scheduled us quickly, explained what they were going to do, and gave us a reasonable estimate. I’d recommend them any day and will call them again when needed.

Great service glad I got my main shower leak fixed in one day, we had a lot of corrosion on the pipe very difficult to move. Now I can put my water back on, been off for a half day, glad for the one day Service.

I could not be more pleased with Graham! He made sure to check everything and worked hard to clear the clogs in the drain outside. He was very friendly and helped me figure out the best thing to do to get my system working again. I am a senior citizen and he gave me a discount on the work he performed. I had called several other places but Graham got back to me on time when the other places never even called back! I had previously rated this company fairly high because they are responsive, but unfortunately they have gone down hill since I last used them. I notified the reception that I was calling for a tennant of ours and that we wanted to have a quote for the repair. I was told that they would come to review for free and that they would provide a quoteand I would have 30 days to make a decision to use the repair. That no repair would be made without my approval - and that they would need to contact me for said authorization.

Instead, the owner came, worked on the project without asking anyone for authorization and then demanded the tennant to pay them or they would not leave the property. This is borderline scam. They did business without approval. Fortunately the tennant was able to get a hold of me so I could make the payment - but this was a hard situtaion to put someone in.

I then filed a complaint with the company, and was told via message from the owner that 'they judged me before I even got there.' Which is an odd statement to make since there is no way they would have met him before he got there and just shows the unprofessional level to blame someone else when they did repairs that were not approved. I have not had any follow up from the owner to address my complaint and I feel that they are likely satisified with continuing their scam of 'free' esitmate.

Avoid them at all cost.
