Best Video Drain Lines in Oklahoma City OK

We had our sewer main get blocked and collapse and frantically called plumbers all around the city. Cliff answered our call after hours and took the time to discuss the issue with us. Junior was out the next morning bright and early and helped diagnose the issue. Once it was known the entire line needed to be dug up and repaired, Junior and Keith worked diligently for 5 days to find the blockage, repair and replace the line, and ensure they cleaned up the yard as much as possible. They were always friendly, honest, and on time. The communication was great as well. I would highly recommend using VIP Plumbing for any plumbing services you need. We had a great experience and will be calling on them for routine maintenance and if we have any future emergencies.

Came in less than an hour after my call on a Friday afternoon and had my toilet repaired in an hour. The price seemed fair and Robert did what he could to save me money. He was willing to talk to me about other options to repair instead of patch everything at a later date. Very polite and did not waste time. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing issues I have.

I just tried to make an appointment with this plumbing company and couldn't believe how incredibly rude and unprofessional the person who answered the phone was. I don't know if my plumbing problems weren't big enough or what, but I was put on a long hold after explaining what I was needing a plumber for and she came back on saying they couldn't schedule an appointment. I asked ever, and her rude response was to hang up on me. So, I don't know why this plumber has so many good reviews, I definitely didn't have a good experience even trying to get an appointment scheduled.!! WOW 😮
Okie dokie, so you're as big a part of the problem. I see why she spoke to me and hung up on me like she did. I guess you both need a refresher course on manors and telling the truth? 🤥🤥
I honestly don't know what me calling the day after a holiday weekend mattered? I was told that you couldn't schedule me. I asked ever and the phone went dead. So? You are right, your thousands of customers and new potential clients will know. Thanks for your reply.

But they will still do business with you even after all the other plumbers RIP you off:) J&Js, Terry's Plumbing, Zack Tipton Plumbing, go ahead and do business with these iodits, they will gladly take your money,...but in the end you'll still have to hire Dad's Plumbing to get it done & get it done right! I know, I am now an experienced fool and a fool and his money soon part:( Do yourself a big favor, call Dad's 1st, negotiate your deal & move forward, don't waste your time and money on the Fools! Unless you have a lot of both to waste!!!

Way over priced 85 service charge and 471 to run a snake will not recommend

These guys were great. Very responsive, on time and overall did a great job. We had some plumbing moved for a swimming pool install and these guys got started right away. Soil was extremely hard so they did have to leave to get a bigger machine. We also had a gas line installed for the pool’s heater and they made quick work of that too. There were a few finishing touches that needed to be addressed, but they returned right away and made sure everything was right. I would definitely use Stone Creek again.
