Best Vent Pipe in Oklahoma City OK

Loved having the friendliest plumbers out on Sunday to help us with a pipe issue in the downstairs bathroom - we were treated with great respect and kindness. Very affordable too no doubt

Jerry came out and started my water heater, same day and did not charge a service fee. This review is to Thank him for his service. he does plumbing and live locally in Moore i will have no hesitation calling him again if there is a plumbing job.

Used this company for years. Provide good service with knowledgeable techs. A little pricey but I trust them. The problem is always fixed when they leave!

They show up when they say they are going to. They communicate what the problem is and what needs to be done to fix it. They completed the work ahead of schedule and at a fair price. Very highly recommended.

On Saturday 2/14/21 at 2 PM I called Bailey Brothers and told them my situation. The dispatcher was lovely as she explained the timeframe and that someone would contact me. She, of course, alerted me to the uncertainty of wait times because of increased issues due to weather. At 2:10 PM a gentleman from Bailey Brothers called me to check in and go over the notes he was given, he wanted to make sure all the information was correct. He was also polite and great to talk to. After clarifying my situation, he let me know that someone would be in contact with me 30 minutes prior to coming out. At 3:30 PM I received a call from Steve, letting me know that he was wrapping up on his current job. He wanted to go over the notes that he had regarding my situation and to give me the time frame he would be at my house. By 4 PM Steve was at my home. Steve is a wonderful, salt of the Earth, hard working, honest gentleman that I’m looking forward to working with. I had an idea of what was wrong but obviously I’m not an expert nor can I fix it. Bigger job in the works, for sure! I absolutely trust in what we discussed. I can safely say that I have found my plumber for life.

Sebastian called to let me know he was on his way and arrived within that time. He was professional, explained everything that had happened and what he was doing to repair the ac unit. So thankful for a wonderful company!

Showed up the day I called, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it within minutes. Pricing was reasonable and I felt like I was being treated fairly and the technician seemed honest. I would use them again.

They never showed up They called 7 days after I called them had to get somebody else out to do the job

I have had a couple of plumbers out for the same issue and these guys actually found a solution. My washing machine has been overflowing for months. My kitchen sink then started backing up too. They talked me through options and the process. They said that problems may reoccur with the older pipes but that we could explore other solutions should I continue to have issues. Thanks Pipes Plus, I appreciate your honesty and hard work.
