William Field, the plumber who led the project, was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and he took the time to explain the entire process to us in detail. I had a water leak in the shower, in the wall. I called Bailey and the woman who answered the phone was very nice and professionally asked all the questions. Aaron contacted me within an hour he came and it turn out the problem was not as bad as I thought. He worked on the problem professionally and completed within an hour. Aaron was very professional from the moment he came in to the time he left. He inspected the problem, assessed, and provided solution. He made sure that I was comfortable with the expense right from the beginning. Their charges were fair with such quality work. You bet I will save their number and will be calling them back. Ethan and Cale were excellent. They arrived the morning after my furnace was having problems and quickly tracked down the issue. They both were professional, friendly, and helpful.

Andy’s plumbing did a fantastic job! Andy installed a new garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. He cleaned off the debris under the old faucet deck plate before putting in the new faucet. He scrubbed the old plumber’s putty off under the old quick lock trim set before he put in the new trim set to ensure we had no leaks. He explained how to fill the new soap dispenser, unlock the aerator (so we’d know how if it was needed in the future), and how to use the special wrench on the disposal when we have clogs. He cleaned up his work area and took out the old equipment/trash, when he was finished. I highly recommend Andy’s plumbing. He paid attention to the small details and thoroughly explained and educated me on things I needed to know about my new faucet and disposal. He was prompt and completed his work in a timely manner. I also liked the $10 off coupon.

Joe was great. This may not be the case every time, but they fit me in the schedule SAME day for a slot that was about 4 hours after I contacted. Next thing you know, they jumped me two slots and Joe is here within an hour and a half! I had a cracked almost 12 year old dinky water heater FULL of sediment leaking water everywhere and Joe diagnosed, informed, and worked every minute clearly and quickly. He didn't waste my time or his and didn't upsell or insult my intelligence. He even tried to shop around for a water heater they didn't carry that we were interested in. We ended up going with his suggestion and within four hours of me calling, the old tank was out, our pipes and valves for hot and cold were replaced and brought to code, and the new heater installed. Insanely fast and professional. Will definitely use again!

Had a pretty big leak around hot water tank, he came out to look at it and didn't even attempt to fix anything said we will have to wait til Monday. So either let it flood the house or no water for 3 days WITH KIDS AND A BABY. not cool

On June 26th, 2020, Dalton came by my house to look at my plumbing issue and to give me an estimate of the cost of the job. He asked for $85.00 to give me an estimate. I gave him the check and never heard back from him.

$299 to use an auger and clean out my clogged sewage line during the day on a Friday. They were not upfront about the price. The work took 20 minutes and then they gave me the bill. Go elsewhere. The cost will be much less.

My restaurant started using Brookes Grease service to clean and empty our grease trap at our location. After using them for almost a year we started having plumbing issues throughout our building. When we had plumbers out to address the situation it cost us almost $4000 to get things back to good all because they only skimmed the top of the trap when they did their so called cleaning. Causing grease to back up in the building and clog drains throughout the building. When we told them that we would not be using their service anymore because of A, B and C their response was to charge me $3 a day for the remainder of the contract they breached by not doing the service correctly in the first place. I will be fighting them on this and taking them to court. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Absolutely horrible!!
