Saturday you toilets backed up. I called a few places and Macs got plumbers out within an hour. Within 30 minutes the plumbers had everything working as it should.

We had an extensive amount of work done but due to weather and other set backs it took a while to get it done but they kept me informed and the job finally got done. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Robin and Stephanie who answered the phone were very nice and helpful and Doug who did the job was very professional and explained things.

Very disappointed. Technician did not call me to approve charges before making them and allowed an unauthorized party on location to make the repair decisions.

Tim arrived right on time. He assessed my issue and quickly had it resolved without having to pull my garbage disposal. Moved to Moore Oklahoma recently and my new houses water heater started leaking 4 weeks after moving in. I was looking for a 24 hour plumber when I called these guys. Robert skylar and Steve had a new water heater installed on a Saturday morning within about 2 hours. I have a new card and magnet on my refrigerator with their number on it. Thank you guys so much!

Bri and Ken are simply fantastic. They have done work me for me on multiple different issues at different properties. Bri is quick to get me on the schedule or to answer my questions. Ken is not only on time but very thorough and professional. Ken is always quick to tell what the issue is, if he can fix it and up front about the cost. They have both been a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend them.

I had previously rated this company fairly high because they are responsive, but unfortunately they have gone down hill since I last used them. I notified the reception that I was calling for a tennant of ours and that we wanted to have a quote for the repair. I was told that they would come to review for free and that they would provide a quoteand I would have 30 days to make a decision to use the repair. That no repair would be made without my approval - and that they would need to contact me for said authorization.

Instead, the owner came, worked on the project without asking anyone for authorization and then demanded the tennant to pay them or they would not leave the property. This is borderline scam. They did business without approval. Fortunately the tennant was able to get a hold of me so I could make the payment - but this was a hard situtaion to put someone in.

I then filed a complaint with the company, and was told via message from the owner that 'they judged me before I even got there.' Which is an odd statement to make since there is no way they would have met him before he got there and just shows the unprofessional level to blame someone else when they did repairs that were not approved. I have not had any follow up from the owner to address my complaint and I feel that they are likely satisified with continuing their scam of 'free' esitmate.

Avoid them at all cost.
