After getting the run-around from another local plumber we have used in the past, we decided to call Hull and are very happy that we did. I have been using Mr. Rooter for over 30 years. I have used other plumbers, but I always come back to Mr. Rooter. His plumbers are excellent. They come when they say they will. The owner and the dispatcher are WONDERFUL people. They don’t mind taking time to talk and answer questions over the phone. That is very RARE in this day and age. They are in business, and they want to make a profit, but they do it honestly, without gouging their customers. They are just good old fashioned nice people! I recommend them highly!

I started my sewer with a company called Roto Rooter. After giving me an estimate of 1700 then charging me 2100 they said to complete it would be another 3900!! I called Mr. Rooter and they gave me an estimate of $900. It took a few days to get to us but I literally saved $3000!! Super nice fellas and helped repair my yard that Roto Rooter messed up. Very thankful.
Also they do not charge for an estimate.

Shaddy contractor that keeps finding ways to come back out and charge extra. Scribbles a receipt so you can't challenge their work and apologizes for charging you more after they don't do a complete job.... Inspect all their work before they leave. Lure you into confidence in their work but not as great as I originally thought.

Update: installed all the bathroom valves hot on cold and via versa but cut the lines so it can’t be connected easily. Having to spend precious time fixing it myself
